House Rules
There are not a lot of hard and fast rules regarding your stay at PilotSuites. We ask that you respect the home and its contents as well as your Housemates while you’re with us. Here are some suggestions on how to have the best time while staying with us, but take them as suggestions and points of discussion.
Communication with your Housemates is the number one key to any successful relationship!

Have you reviewed the house rules and are you ready to continue?
The next step is to complete a simple background check. This includes a check of your criminal history, past evictions, and credit report. (Don’t worry, it’s a soft credit pull and won’t affect your credit score!)

Here is the lease agreement for you to sign before moving into the home.
Once you’ve been notified that the Background Check has been completed, fill out and sign this simple lease agreement.

Ready to confirm your reservation?
If you’ve reviewed and signed the House Rules… and, completed the background check… and signed the Lease Agreement, it’s time to book your stay!
Click below to let us know when you’d like to arrive and to pay your deposit. If the room that you chose is available, you’re all set! If not, we’ll be in touch to work out something for you or promptly refund your deposit! It’s that simple!
Note: while we are fully booked, deposits are only due once a room is confirmed for you.
